Our Story
Sharp Minds Content was started in 2016 by Founder and Managing Director Reina Marie Gonzales. She has a degree in Computer Science and has worked for 8 years as a Technical Writer in the IT industry. She has also been providing content writing services for various companies since 2003.
She formed a team due to her increasing workload and to help train budding writers through her mentorship.
Our Work Process
The following outlines our work process:
- You tell us about your content needs either by requesting for a quote from the site or by sending us an email.
- If preferred, we communicate with you (via, email, chat, or video call) to better understand your needs.
- We assign the content to our writers after we receive your order.
- Our Editors edit the content to ensure correctness.
- Our Senior Editors perform a second level of edit (more thorough edits) on the content.
- We send you the completed work.
- If you need a revision, please inform Reina of your revision request and instructions via email, so we can make the necessary changes. Revised content will be submitted within 24-48 hours.
