Order Placement

I made an error in the instructions for the order. Can I correct it?

Since we immediately start processing and working on your order after we receive your payment, you can make changes in the instructions under the following conditions:

  • 10% or more of the deadline has not yet passed. This means that we haven’t completed much of the work yet, and it won’t be difficult on our part to apply the changes.
  • The modified instructions do not have much impact on the intended output. Examples would include misspelled keywords or incorrect keyword densities.

We would ask for additional payment for changes in instructions under the following conditions:

  • More than 10% of the deadline has passed. This means that we have already completed a large part of the work and that changing the instructions at this point would mean doing major revisions or a complete redo of the content we’ve already written. Not only will this prevent us from paying for our writers’ efforts; it may also prevent us from completing your order on time.
  • If the changed instructions involve a change in the word count or a change in the delivery date. Please note that there are different service rates based on the word count and delivery date.
What are the differences among the various types of content?
What topics can you write about?

We can write about any topic. As experienced writers and editors, we have already written about almost any topic. We are also adept at research. In addition, our writers and editors come from various backgrounds—healthcare, the financial industry, and others. We make sure that we assign your order to the most qualified writer for it.

What are the differences among the three types of tones?
  • Professional & formal – You can think of this as the same tone used in journal articles or academic papers.

Example:

The ABC Resort is an appropriate place for vacations if you aim to have a restful and leisurely time with your family in the summer.  According to statics, 55% of American families would rather spend their summer vacation in beach resorts than in other tourist spots.

  • Professional & Conversational (Does not use colloquial) – This tone makes for a light read and uses standard English vocabulary.

Example:

Are you thinking of a great place to go to on your summer vacation? Why not consider beach resorts? Trends show that majority of Americans prefer to spend their holidays on the beach, as it allows them to relax and have fun at the same time.

  • Conversational & friendly (Uses colloquial) – This tone sounds more “hip” and “cool” as it may use slang or the popular words that people currently use.

Example:

Are you looking for the hippest place for your summer jam? Join the in-crowd by lazing under the sun or riding the waves in one of the country’s famous beach resorts. Most Americans prefer beaches when they need to take a break, as these tourist spots provide plenty of R&R.

Why do I need to indicate the tone?

We need you to indicate the tone you want for your content so that we can ensure that we match that of your website or the nature of your business, as well as the company image you want to project.

I don’t have a Paypal account. Can I use other methods for paying?

Yes, Paypal accepts payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If none of these other options are possible for you, please send an email to reinagonzales@sharpmindscontent.com. We will try to determine what other payment methods you can use.

Order Cancellation & Refund

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as 10% of the deadline has not yet passed.

Can I ask for a partial refund?

Yes, you may, under the following conditions:

  • A partial refund may be possible for large orders (comprising 100 content pieces or more). We understand that events may occur during the order completion period, which may change the Client’s need for part of the order.
  • It may also be possible to request a partial refund of the uncompleted work, provided that 10% of the deadline has not yet passed. Payment for all completed work can no longer be refunded, as the Company’s writers and editors who work on it deserve to also be paid for their services.

Can I ask for a full refund?

You can ask for a full refund if, after conducting a thorough investigation, it is determined that your instructions are in no way followed; if the errors  are irreparable; or if you can no longer afford time for a revision.

Order Delivery

How will I receive the content I ordered?

We will send you the content you ordered via the email address you provided. We will send them in .docx format. We may also send you a zip file of the articles if they are saved in a number of files.

Can you make partial delivery of my order?

We can for bulk orders or for long-term projects. For this arrangement, please send an email to reinagonzales@sharpmindscontent.com.

Can I request for my order to be delivered earlier than the deadline I indicated?

Yes, but this will come at additional costs, depending on how much time you want to adjust the deadline. This is because we’ll have to pull all of our resources in order to grant your request. For this, you may send your request to .

Do you provide revisions for free?

Yes. We make the revisions for free, as long as they do not involve changed instructions.
