Scope of Content Writing Services

Standard Content Services

Our standard content services include the following:

Writing

We will write the content using the tone that you specify and according to your instructions (e.g. topic, number of words, keywords, etc.). We will include the keyword (s) that you provide in the H1 and H2 tags. All articles will have H1 and H2 tags. This means that each article will be divided into sections. It makes the content more readable and skimmable. Google also considers the H2 tags in keyword and page ranking.

Research

We make sure that we base the articles on relevant research, and we also ensure that we link to the sources. This adds credibility to the content and to your website. We understand that some clients may require a different format. We can make the necessary adjustments in these instances.

Images

We include 2 to 3 images in each article, as too many images can be distracting to the reader. However, we can accommodate special instructions. We make sure that we use only free images that can be legally used.

2-level Edits

Standard services include two levels of edits (proofreading and copyediting).

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are made for free.

Premium Content Services

The premium content services include the standard services, plus the following:

3-level Edit

Premium services include three levels of edits (proofreading, copyediting, and substantive editing).

Images

We use licensed/paid images from Shutterstock and similar services.

Revisions

You can request for unlimited revisions for free.

Types of Edits

A single editor cannot possibly spot all the errors in a piece of content, especially with the volume of content we produce. This is why we provide up to three editors to go over every content piece that we create. The following are the types of editing services we provide:

Proofreading

Involves the correction of minor errors, particularly in terms of spelling, word usage, punctuation, capitalization, style, and grammar.

Copyediting

Corrects problems with jargon, word usage, repetition, style, and grammar. It may involve the removal or addition of sentences, as well as the rewrite of paragraphs.

Substantive editing

Involves the correction of problems with logical consistency, coherence, organization, and structure. It also involves fact checking and context checking.
